1. We (ZapSpace.com) reserve full editorial control over the content of directory listings. Submissions are subject to a process of approval, wherein you may be contacted to verify or clarify the information you submitted. False claims, excessive profanity, invalid web links, and anything else we find offensive will not be posted. You may be asked to revise your information to meet our editorial guidelines.

2. We are not responsible for any action that may occur as a result of your information being posted. Being on the internet, the information will be freely available to anyone who wishes to access it, including marketers, salespeople, etc.

3. Directory listings may be terminated by either party at any time for any reason. You may cancel your listing by contacting us using the eMail address you submitted at sign-up. Remember, though, that for us to simply remove your listing from our site will not retrieve the information itself. Once propogated throughout the Web, information will exist in some form for many years.

4. You may submit information for multiple businesses, so long as they are unique businesses that you manage. You should use the same eMail for all submissions. Third-party marketers should contact us in advance of submitting information for businesses they don't manage.

5. While this site is in its "beta" phase, these terms are subject to change without notice.
